• You have been deemed to represent that the total amount of foreign exchange purchased from or remitted through, all sources including through this service is within the prescribed limits set forth by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and is also as per the Exchange Control Regulations of RBI in operation at the time of the transaction and the applicable laws in force from time to time.
• We shall not be held liable for any act done by our officers, employees, representatives, assigns, agents etc. which is beyond the scope of their employment or regular course of duty

Accounts

Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. Refund Policy

In the event of order cancellation due to any sort of non-compliance / client's request / non-compliance of the KYC Regulations by the customer, the amount is subjected to be refunded only after the convenience fees and/or cancellation charges deduction. In case of orders placed through Partial payment request, order confirmation fee of 2% will not be refunded.

Once the delivery is completed by www.wsmi.in, the user cannot return/cancel the order. If the customer wants to return the order after delivery it will be returned at the prevailing prices of bank at that time.

Once the deal is confirmed, www.wsmi.in is not responsible for any loss/profit arising due to the fluctuation of the currency prices. Therefore the order cannot be cancelled in such situations, it becomes a legal obligation of both the parties to execute the confirmed order.

Indemnity

You shall indemnify , our licensee, affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies (as applicable) and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of these Terms of Use, privacy Policy and other Policies, or Your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.

Alteration of terms and conditions

www.wsmi.in shall update this page as and when changes are made to the terms and conditions. The user is responsible to check this page from time to time before using the website/ and or any service offered via the website or over the phone; and such placing of order after the change in the terms and conditions shall be deemed to be the acceptance of such changes to the policy.
